In Sport Psychology consultation, I work with athletes on goals including optimizing performance, recovering well from injury, navigating challenging relationships, building motivation and confidence, overcoming mental blocks and reducing problematic anxiety and nervousness.

The field of Sport Psychology offers scientifically based and elite athlete tested strategies for success.  I provide both individual and team consultation that helps train you in the core concepts of Sport Psychology.  We then work together to integrate the techniques into your specific sport to move you toward optimal performance.

My education and training in Sport Psychology comes from my graduate experience at the University of Southern California and then through my pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training at the University of Notre Dame.  I have had the privilege of working with student-athletes from almost all major sports as well as national champions, All-Americans and future professional and Olympic athletes.

For individual consultation, I offer appointment times throughout the week, including evening and weekend appointments. My office address is 2455 Bennett Valley Road, Suite B-208, Santa Rosa, CA. For team consultation, I have found it most helpful to come to your location.  I work hard to be available at times that make sense to your team’s schedule.  I also offer consultations over the phone or on video chat as needed.
