My name is Joe Puentes, Psy.D. and I am a licensed psychologist in Santa Rosa, CA. This website provides an overview of the services I provide in my practice, my approach, and how to connect with me.
My practice has two main focuses. The first is working in individual therapy with adolescents and adults on concerns across the spectrum of mental health. The second is in Sport Psychology, working with athletes individually, teams collectively and coaches in training and consultation.
