Joe Puentes, Psy.D.
Psychologist
I have been working professionally with adolescents and adults for over 10 years. I love the work I do and find it a privilege to work with others who are interested in greater understanding and positive change in their lives. I provide a general therapy practice as well as specialize in Sport and Performance Psychology, helping people reach their full potential whether it be in sports, business, school or other performance settings.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time in nature, being with friends and family, reading, listening to music, and watching and playing sports. I am originally from Illinois and am a life long Chicago Cubs fan. While I played multiple competitive sports growing up, baseball was the sport I loved most and pursued into college. I'm fortunate to continue to play baseball recreationally in Sonoma County.
