I aim to provide a comfortable, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to speak openly and honestly. My goal is to work first toward understanding your concerns more fully and then when ready, working as a guide in helping you take steps toward positive change. I provide a general therapy practice and specialize in the care of anxiety (Generalized, Panic, Agoraphobia & OCD), depression, anger, relationship concerns, substance abuse and men’s issues. My approach integrates Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral and Strengths Based Therapies.
I have a genuine belief in the human spirit and a deep respect for the inner compass in each of us. I see therapy as a collaborative effort, bringing your expertise on your life in combination with my expertise in the field of psychology.

I am currently offering weekday and select weekend and evening appointments. My office address is 2455 Bennett Valley Road, Suite B-208, Santa Rosa, CA. Specifically the office is located in Waterfall Towers, on the second floor of Building B.
My fee is $230 an hour for individual therapy. I am an in network provider for several insurance companies and can also work with you as an out of network provider depending on you insurance plan. I am happy to work together with you before therapy starts to verify insurance coverage if needed. If you are considering therapy and limited finances are an issue, please contact me and we can discuss the possibility of a reduced fee. We will establish the fee before or during our first meeting. I ask for payment at each session.
